Beginning May 11th, XOOM Energy Texas customers will notice some changes to their monthly electric bills and a new MyXOOM Texas site. Below are some of the new improvements coming from XOOM Energy.

New Bill Design                                                                                                               

XOOM Energy has redesigned its bills to make it easier and simpler for customers to read and understand their charges. To see an example of the new XOOM Energy Texas, LLC bill, visit

New MyXOOM Texas Site – Available May 11th                                                          

With the new and improved MyXOOM Texas account site, XOOM Energy has added new features to improve your customers’ experience. These new features include plan renewal notifications, online bill payments using a bank account, and viewing/downloading usage history.

New Customer Care Number

There is also a new phone number 833-355-XOOM (9666) for Texas customers who call into XOOM Energy Customer Care to make payments. All other markets outside of Texas should continue to use the current Customer Care number: 888-997-8979.


New Account Numbers                                                                                   

New account numbers will be provided for all XOOM Energy Texas customers on May 13th. XOOM Energy will notify all Texas customers of this change. Please be sure to remind customers to be on the lookout for these emails from XOOM Energy. For customers who have requested communications via USPS, letters will be mailed on May 13th.


New Pay in Person Options Available                                                           

For Texas customers who pay their bill in person, XOOM Energy can now accept payments using Barri Financial Group and CheckFree Pay pay station locations throughout Texas. Texas customers can find new pay stations locations by visiting under “Pay in Person.”
