Charter-Spectrum technicians will no longer activate service inside customer homes. New installations from Charter-Spectrum will default to “I want to install” in certain areas and a “ship to me” option. Pick up from stores is not available at this time.

Please instruct your customers to enter accurate phone numbers and email addresses as this is critical to installation. The install kit also includes numbers for 24/7 tech support and rescue options.
