Maintenance Outage Planned for Wednesday, October 9

We will be performing scheduled system updates on Wednesday, October 9, starting at 9:30AM ET. These updates are expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete. During this time, the VIP Portal, IBO Back Office, IBO Enrollments, Compass App enrollments (North America), and will be temporarily unavailable. All systems should be restored by approximately 10:00 AM ET on Wednesday, October 9.

Updates on Downline Reporting and your Personal Customer List will also be delayed and not available during this time.
