XOOM Energy has announced a new way for customers to send in documentation when going through the order process! The enrollment portal has been updated to incorporate this new feature.

Instead of customers emailing their documents to XOOM Energy if they are asked for further documentation after the order process, they will now be able to upload them directly, via the new upload function at the end of the enrollment process. This will help ensure the customer’s information gets exactly where it needs to go, quickly and efficiently.

Customers can still email documents through 9/13.
