Spring and Summer are the busiest seasons for moving! Please let your customers know they can transfer their XOOM Energy service when moving as long as their new residence is in an area served by XOOM Energy. To find out if their new home is in a XOOM Energy service area, they can acn.xoomenergy.com/residential and enter the new zip code. If your customer is still in a XOOM Energy service area and would like to transfer their service, please have them contact XOOM Energy Customer Care. Please know new customers in the XOOM Energy Georgia, and Texas service areas have the added convenience of scheduling their move-in dates for their energy services 30 days in advance. Customers can schedule their move-in dates for Georgia and Texas during their enrollment.
