We will be conducting maintenance on our systems beginning at 9:00 pm EST on Friday, June 14th. This will impact many IBO and customer-facing online applications. These applications will be unavailable between 9 pm and 1 am EST. As a result, the call center will be closed beginning at 9 pm Friday and will reopen Saturday with regular business hours.

Due to this planned maintenance event, the following systems and support tools will be unavailable:

  •      Back Office – including event registration
  •      Downline Reporting
  •      Personal Customer List
  •      Online IBO Enrollments – Enrollments will be available through the ACN Compass App.
  •      Customer Order & Self-Service Portals only for ACN Home Phone and ACN High-Speed Internet (Canada)

During the outage, there will be a message on the applicable websites notifying the users of the outage.
